Louise Bijesse is the President of UpTalent Consulting and serves as its Principal Consultant.
Before establishing UpTalent Consulting in 2022, Louise was Vice President of Talent Acquisition for BrightSpring Health Services. In this role, Louise was responsible for all the company’s talent acquisition operations, including developing end-to-end hiring strategies to support business capability and profitability. Prior to joining BrightSpring in 2018, Louise was the Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition for Compass Group North America, joining the company back in 2005. At Compass Group, Louise showcased her passion for building, developing, and supporting first-class teams. She managed national recruitment and led international searches for Kazakhstan, Australia, and Canada and also worked aboard in Mexico and the UK. From 1999 to 2005, Louise owned and operated a New York-based staffing company.
Louise earned a master of science degree from the University of North Carolina’s Bryan School of Business, where she was recognized for her leadership in the community. She previously earned a bachelor of science degree in Business, Management, and Economics from the Empire State College, State University of New York.
