Cancellation Policy

At UpTalent, we value your time and strive to make every session productive and personal. Please review our policy before scheduling your coaching appointment. Booking • All sessions are booked online and paid in full at the time of scheduling.
• A confirmation email with your session details and meeting link will be sent once your booking is complete. Rescheduling & Cancellations • You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are subject to a 50% fee.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee. Late Arrivals • Please join your session on time. Sessions end at the scheduled time to respect other clients.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show. Refunds • Because your time is reserved exclusively for you, refunds are not available once a session begins.
• If UpTalent needs to reschedule, you may choose a new time or receive a full refund. Technology • Sessions are held virtually via Zoom or Google Meet.
• Please ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet space for the best results. Confidentiality • All conversations are private and remain strictly confidential.
